LED Sconce w/ Petrified Wood

—————————————————

This piece of wood may have been in the sea for decades. Though not petrified (technically, “petrification” happens when trees or plant matter have been permanently replaced by stone via a mineralization process), this piece of wood seems to have taken on sea minerals and become very dense. It has several rusty nails embedded in it, and the surface of the wood has developed a beautiful patina where the rust has seeped into the wood. It is lit like the piece of art that it is by one of the Aurora Collection’s Picture Lights
