Aurora can provide on site evaluations resulting in condition reports, often used in the bidding and planning phases of a project. Typically, these reports involve making an inventory of existing fixtures, their condition, and observations including missing pieces, mismatched glass, etc. Photo documentation is often required with bidding and we can create hard or electronic records of projects, in any phase.

Writing specifications, as to how the fixtures should be handled, restored and/or conserved is also within the scope of our team. These documents serve in the bidding process to explain the costs of the restoration/conservation including notation where off the shelf products will serve the project versus specifying custom made parts. We can assist in value-engineering your project in its planning phase.
